How it works

If you're not happy with your order, simply email us within 90 days of your purchase date. Let us know your order number and we'll guide you through the return and process your refund.

Starting a return

Email support@lotusherb.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with simple instructions. You don't need to ship back finished or empty bottles.

Refund timing

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at support@lotusherb.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
